School's out, spring tryouts are over, and the summer conditioning program will soon be underway. This years's comprehensive program will include strength training in the state of the art Parkland Chevrolet weight training center, speed and agility training, and something new -last year's Yoga for Football class was such a success in promoting flexibility and injury prevention, that it has been incorporated as a mandatory portion of our daily training sessions through the summer. This will result in the morning session running from 8 - 11, and the evening session from 6 - 9. Details are on the Calendar page.
